He was an active member of the Hinton Fire Department, and past Chief of Fire & Rescue, throughout the years from 1988 until 2021. He continued his education at Northwest Iowa Tech College, receiving his two-year degree in 1990.Ĭhad was working at Stockton Towing, and had previously been with the City of Hinton in Maintenance, Petit Construction, and Concrete Specialists in previous years. ![]() He received his education in the Hinton Community Schools, graduating with the Class of 1988. Memorials are asked to be made to the Hinton Fire & EMS.Ĭhad was born on Septemin Sioux City, Iowa to Danny and Kathleen “Kathy” (Kelso) Beck. Visitation, with the family present, will be one hour prior to services on Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Floyd Valley Cemetery at a later date.
